How fast you can pack my order?

Our typical packing time for orders are 1-4 days. If all products are immediately available in our warehouse, packing time is generally 1-2 days. For bigger orders and wide sortiment of products, packing time is typically 3-4 days.

Do you've buying limits?

No! You can buy single bottle of full pallets of your favorite products. We will pack every order safely.

How you will pack my order?

We pack always securely and safely! We use high quality packing materials to ensure that your valuable order is in good shape after shipping which you've handled.

Is buying alcohol online legal?

Buying alcohol online is modern way to buy your favorite spirits. We're company located in Germany - selling and buying alcohol is 100% legal for people eligible to legal drinking ages.

Does your prices include taxes?

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of Germany alcohol taxes and VAT.

I'm from country X, can I buy?

We sell products worldwide - no worries! You will choose shipping company to handle your order shipping so no problem. We are not shipping any goods.

Can you consult me about ordering to country Z?

Sorry, we're not expert of legals for tens of countries around Europe. We advice you to search internet or contact your local authorities for more info.

My order is missing products

If your order is missing products and the shipping box / pallet is in good condition. Please contact our support team via email support@1001spirits.com Attach images from shippin box / pallet and products you've received.

After receiving message we will start investigation on the case and why there is missing products.

I want missing products delivered to be

As we're not participating in shippings, we're not able to deliver missing products afterwards to you. We will refund and/or award gift card for difference.
