Pastis 51 is an anise liqueur made in Marseille. Created in 1951 by Pernod when the ban on aniseed aperitifs was lifted, this classic aperitif quickly became a reference in France. This version of pastis, from the Provencal pastisser, which means "to mix", contains Chinese star anise, Provençal aromatic plants, fennel, oriental licorice and African kola nuts, which give it the taste light and refreshing from the Mediterranean. To mix with water for your aperitif.
