La Cuvee is an excellent French red wine made from a blend of grapes from the Vin de Pays wine region. Vin de Pays is known for its fine table wines. The bag-in-box wine is perfect for drinking in conjunction with slightly larger dinners with family or friends. The La Cuvee red wine is also excellent to serve when light meat or cheese is on the menu. In terms of taste, the red wine goes perfectly when you want to eat from a larger cheese platter or taste a slightly lighter piece of meat. If you want to give the red wine a little more juiciness and strength, it is a good idea to pour it into a carafe to give the wine the right amount of oxygen, which makes it taste even better. As additional information, you should know that wines from Vin de Pays are not intended for long-term storage in the cellar, as they should preferably be drunk young.
