The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and has a rich, elegant and complex bouquet of ripe cherries, dried fruits, vanilla and chocolate. The wine has a long and rich aftertaste with ripe tannins. The production is very similar to Amarone, however the grapes are left to dry for a shorter time before pressing. Served with lamb, barbecue, red meat and cheese.
