In 2001, the renovation and expansion of an old wine cellar began, introducing high-tech equipment to produce noble wines that represent the quality of their vineyards. In 2003, Casas Patronales began selling wine both in Chile and abroad.

Sauvignon Blanc Reserva is a wine made from carefully selected fruits harvested early in the morning. It is characterized by a pale straw color, this is a light with intense aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and white peaches.
