Faustino VII Tinto is made from Spain's national grape Tempranillo. Faustino VII Tinto has been given 6 months in American casks, which gives the wine a good character and fullness. Pleasant aroma of ripe berries with a slightly sweet note from oak barrels. The taste is nicely balanced, and offers a medium-bodied taste with character after the 6 months on tap.
A lively red color with ochre hues, reminiscent of a vine leaves in autumn. The aroma is very well defined, beautifully combining the vanilla from the oak with the freshness of the grapes. It has got an excellent balance in the mouth, velvety and elegant, with a very intense and persistent finish. Tinto is a harmonious blend of sunny fruits, vanilla and spice. Ruby in color the palate has rich jammy fruits with slight hints of sweetness, vanilla and spice on the finish; evidence of the ten months it has spent in new American oak.
