The very subtle nose opens on mild spice notes, joined with airing by aromas of ripe fruit, especially cherry, blackberry and bilberry, and a touch of vanilla. After a very succulent, fruit-driven attack on forward black fruit, especially blackberry and black cherry, the fruit flavors linger on the delicate, rounded mid-palate, leading into a finish on smooth tannins and fine, oaky notes of vanilla and roasted coffee-bean.
