The Syrah Porcupine Ridge is from Swartland. The vines are known for their small berries and high quality. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the wine cellar in small boxes, where they are gently processed. This red wine is aged in used French oak barrels. This ensures that the fine and full-fruity fruit aromas of Syrah are not overlaid by the aromas of new oak
