Jacobsen Yakima IPA is an orange-golden Westcoast Indian Pale Ale with a light hop dust produced by the generous dry hops. The scent is fresh tropical with aromatic notes of sweet melons, grape and papaya fruit on a solid base of malt. The beer has a fresh fullness with a good astringent bite of hops and a good long aftertaste.
